We were founded with the simple mission, of making property management better. Our founder spent years working in the hospitality sector, from hotels to holiday lets, as well as after, years running their own businesses. They thought the experience could be so much better, for guests and owners alike, that's when Morlich was born.
Our mission is simple: To deliver hands-off property management that increases profitability while maintaining the highest standards for both owners and guests. We believe the way we operate should be built on transparency, responsiveness, and consistency. Every property we manage is treated as if it were our own.
We've lived in Scotland all our lives, and we thought it fitting our name reflect that. After a long time living in the Highlands, we found a particular place rather special, Loch Morlich, a beautiful loch nestled in the Cairngorm mountain range. We could think of no place better to be associated with, as a Scottish company ran by Scottish people.
